Belated Happy Chinese New Year 2012

Always a fun time of year for us, and we drove down to Toronto for a lunch with some of the other families we travelled to China with.

All the girls are doing great, and all have similar hairstyles!  It was hard to capture them all in one photo though....too wiggly, too many other things to look at, particularly the fish pond at the Mandarin Restaurant we were at.

But a picture of Evie back at home, in her CNY garb for school.  She took along some red envelopes to show, and Mrs. Leslie talked about CNY at their daily circle time.

Certainly as Evie gets older, she will hardly let me have her wear the same outfit two years running...this jacket was made in China when we were there, and we did wear it, with the matching pants, last year.  So a new outfit for 2013, I think.
