It was a big day for him, and we tried to keep it simple, as to avoid any anxiety on his part. He did very well, even though he was nervous.
Pastor Thompson made it a great experience. On the Thursday preceding, we had a pizza dinner at the church with the other confirmand's family.

Despite his not looking very happy, he did actually enjoy the day, I think.
Height is misleading here; actually Skyler is not standing on the steps, like the rest of us. Both boys have grown a fair bit over the last while.
